Player Cards PIP

Q. I ordered a player card, where is it?

A. Player cards are always and only sent to the club Secretary or designated ID card liaison. The card must be verified to ensure the player is correctly registered and insured to play before releasing the card to the club. Please follow up on your cards whereabouts with you club directly. 


Q. The screen froze after making payment. 

A. As football season approaches the demand for cards increases massively. There are instances where our systems is handling high volumes of orders. If you receive a payment receipt please be assured your order has successfully made it to our production queue. 


Q. I did not receive payment receipt and fund have not been taken from my account? What now?

A. We ask that you resubmit your order as the order without payment will be junked. 


Q. What is the weekly deadline for player cards?

A. The weekly deadline is midnight each Sunday for cards posted Tuesday afternoon.


Q. I ordered a cards some weeks ago and it hasn't arrived at my club. 

A. Please send your order number and player name to your coach- your coach will then pass the information to the club Secretary for investigation. We insist that the club Secretary remain the only club member to contact us with card queries. That way we can quickly get the issue resolved on a club by club basis as the cards must go to the Secretary to confirm team registration.  


Q. I forgot to upload my kids form of ID and accidentally uploaded their photo twice. 

A. We will send an email to you on next steps but you can send an email to us at admin@ageofimages.com with your order reference in the subject bar and we will update the application as quickly as possible. 


Coaching Cards FAI/UEFA

Q. I ordered my card what's next?

A. All coaching cards are ratified by the FAI to ensure you information is accurately matching what is on file on FAI Coaching system. 


Q. I ordered my card some weeks ago and it has not yet arrived.

A. Please send an email to us at admin@ageofimages.com including your name and order number and we will investigate your application.

Booking a club appointment

Q. How many players are processed per hour?

A: If you have more than 100 players we recommend booing a 1 hour appointment. We can process up to 200 players per hour. 


Q. I have less than 100 players requiring PIP cards. How long will I need?

A: A 30 minute session will be more than appropriate for your appointment. 


Q. Is there a call out fee. 

 A: Yes, the call our fee is typically €70 for a local call out. However there are usually periods throughout the season when we offer free club visits to encourage clubs to process players at a the club house as this is a very efficient and convenient way to process player in masses.
